In using our services as a registered real estate professionals with TopAgent2000.com, you warrant and agree to the following:

General

The information you submit is accurate and you will keep us updated if it changes;
You are of legal age and able to execute a legally binding contract;
You have obtained your broker's permission to use the TopAgent2000.com's service.

Real Estate Legal

You are a real estate salesperson or broker with a current and valid license;
You have complied with all real estate licensing laws and have adequate and appropriate insurance coverage;
You will provide customers with all information and notices legally required by all real estate licensing and regulatory agencies;
Your products and services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Agent Credentials

In general, you must have three (3) or more years experience in your local market area to assist sellers and buyers. In addition, you must have individually either sold five (5) million in real estate or completed twenty (20) transactions within the last twelve (12) months. There can be exceptions to this rule, especially if you have been invited to join.

Rules

You will not use the lead information and details obtained through TopAgent2000.com to locate, identify or directly contact a home seller or home buyer in any manner without first accepting the requested service type received from TopAgent2000.com;
You will not refer the lead to another Broker for buying or selling services without epress written permission from TopAgent2000.com;
All information you submit to customers about your services is your responsibility and not TopAgent2000.com's offering of service;
TopAgent2000.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Real Estate Professional for any reason at TopAgent2000.com's sole discretion;
You recognize that fraudulent usage of any service provided by TopAgent2000.com real estate services may subject you to liability.

Referrals

A TopAgent2000.com client referral is any person (homebuyer or home seller) who is introduced, sent or referred to you by email, fax or phone from TopAgent2000.com real estate services; if required, you will obtain the appropriate approval/authorization from all relevant governmental authorities and other parties in order to complete a TopAgent2000.com referral and to pay the corresponding referral fee to TopAgent2000.com.

TopAgent2000.com Fee

You agree to pay TopAgent2000.com a referral fee of 25% (or amount indicated in a separate agreement, if one exists) of the gross referred side commission prior to any split between the real estate professional and his or her broker. In any case, the referral fee can never be less than .0625% of the transaction amount, regardless of the gross referred side commission unless the gross referred side commission is less than .0625% of the transaction amount.
